HOUSE RULES

Noise: Keep noise levels reasonable. Outdoor music and amplified sounds are prohibited.

● Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM. For the safety of all guests, no unauthorized guests are allowed on the

premises during these hours.

● Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the

designated smoking area. Tampering with Smoke Detectors or the Fire Safety System are also prohibited. A

$500 fine applies for violations.

● Pets: Dogs Only. $75 Pet Fee due at time of arrival. Failure to notify hotel staff of intent to bring a pet

will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

● Parking: Hotel provides 1 parking spot per reservation.

● Loud/Disruptive Behavior: Unauthorized activities or disruptive behavior will result in cancellation of your reservation

without refund.

● Occupancy: Adhere to occupancy limits, register all overnight guests. Unregistered overnight guests are

not allowed. Occupancy violation will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

● Packages: Do not send packages to the hotel.

● Property Use: Use appliances and furnishings as intended and keep the property in good condition.

● Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested, and is an additional $30 fee.

● Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested, and is an additional $30 fee.

● Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and requests are not a guarantee until

confirmed by Hotel Staff.

● Report any issues immediately. Repairs will be expedited, but refunds or rent reductions may not be provided for

mechanical failures, utility interruptions, or maintenance issues outside of property jurisdiction.

● Standard Reservation - Free cancellation when made more than 48 hours prior to arrival

● Non-Refundable Reservation - Lower-rate reservations, completely nonrefundable

1. Occupancy:

● 1-bed rooms: Max 3 guests.

● 2-bed rooms: Max 6 guests.

● Children under 5 are excluded but note rooms are not childproof.

Exterior and hallway cameras monitor safety and compliance.
